Family Pill Reminder · Last updated: August 23, 2026
Family Pill Reminder ("the app") is published by Appvior. It helps families track medication schedules and share check-offs between caregivers. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — email address and display name when you sign in with Apple, Google, or email
- Household data you enter — names of people you care for, medication names, schedules, dose check-offs, refill reminders, optional notes, and caregiver handoff settings
- Support messages — questions you send through the in-app Support form
- Subscription status — whether Premium is active, managed through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat
- Usage and diagnostics — product interaction events and crash reports linked to your account ID via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics
Notifications are scheduled on your device. We do not receive the contents of local alerts. You can turn notifications off in the app or in system settings.
How we use information
- Authenticate you and sync household data across caregivers
- Schedule local reminders for doses and refills
- Process and restore Premium subscriptions
- Respond to support requests
- Improve reliability and fix crashes
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data
- We do not show ads or use data for ad tracking
- We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, dosage recommendations, or drug-interaction checks
- We do not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework because we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites
Third-party services
- Supabase — authentication and encrypted database hosting for household sync
- Firebase — analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration
- RevenueCat — subscription status and restore purchases
- Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchases and sign-in
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. We share only what is needed to operate the app.
Data retention and deletion
Household data stays in your account until you delete it or close your account. Invite links expire after 30 days.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your household, medications, dose history, and support messages from our systems.
Children
The app is intended for adults managing household medications. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Account deletion in Settings fulfills most requests. For anything else, contact us through Support.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
