Open Settings → Support, send your question, and we will reply by email. Include the email address you use to sign in so we can find your household.

Common questions

• Invite a caregiver — Settings → Invite caregiver, then share the link. Links expire after 30 days.
• Premium / billing — Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account. Use Restore Purchases on the paywall if you changed devices.
• Missed-dose alerts — Allow notifications for the app. Quiet hours suppress alerts after 10 PM (Settings).
• Delete your account — Settings → Delete account removes your household data permanently.
